Healthy Spaghetti for Dinner

For today´s dinner I decided to cook hubby´s fav meal, but in dfrent way. I wanted to put on some vegies in it as he hate it, so I need to try my best to keep the vegie taste less :)
As for me eat healty is a must, it will helps you to have good quality of life.
So here is my simple healty spaghetti receipe, feel free to try it out :)

Ingredients that you need :

-Spaghetti pasta (i used half package for 2 portions)
- Tommatoe pasta (try  not to use any brands in can packaging )
- Chopped meat
- Chopped onions
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped red paprika
- Chopped fresh cherry tommatoes
-  Fresh chopped Parsley
- Paprika powder
- Spaghetti mixing herbs
- Salt
- A bit of olive oil
(add parmesan cheese if you like )

How to do it ?

- Meanwhile boil the pasta, i add a bit of oil and salt inside the water. Once it´s done rinse it w cold water and put it a side.
- Make sure to clean and chopped all the fresh ingedients for the sauce.
- In a pan, warm up the oil and fried the onions and garlic, then add the meat. Later on put the rest of the vegies and once it´s mixed nicely add tommatoe pasta and a  it of water.
- Seasoning with all the herbs as you wish, I tend not to use too much salt.

Make sure that the meat will change color to brown, means all ingredients are well done cooked.

I add a little bit of oil and salt in this boiling pasta




So, here is the final result, it´s yummy !
